House caring is a job that should be left to the professionals. That is not wrong but you would only need professional in some serious cases. Firstly, check to see if the connection between the hose and the machine is secure. Then, ensure that there are at least four inches of space between your machine and the water connection point. If you have used your hose for more than 5 years, it is highly recommended that you replace it with a braided stainless steel one. This part is usually found underneath or behind the fridge. It can also easily build up debris, dust or pet hair, which could cause your fridge to work harder and increase the power consumption. If this happens you should use a coil brush to clean it. For newer model, manufactures tend to encase the coil so cleaning is not necessary. For older ones, it is highly advisable that you clean the coil twice or more times a year.
If it takes a long time to dry your clothes or if your dryer is too hot while working, something is not right. This usually means that your dryer is obstructed, the lint in the trap that is. To fix it, you just need to form the habit of cleaning the lint trap after each time you use the machine. It’s easy and it won’t take you long.
If you have to muscle up to slide the door open, then there is probably debris and dirt in its path. Start by removing the door. For each door, there is a specific way to open so it is highly recommended that you google it first. Then, lay the door flat and have a good look at the wheels. If the wheels are broken, replace them. If not, clean them thoroughly and also the top and bottom of the sliding track. After that, apply a bit of lubricant and put the door back in place.
Holes in the wall
Cracks on the walls make your house look unpleasant to the eyes and if not taken care properly, they could get wider and something bad will happen. To cover up the cracks, you need to create the following mixture: cement, lime and sand. Then, force it into the cracks and let time do its job.
